The account behind the app

What the FxPro account is, and what it is not

This page states what the broker itself publishes in the text this site could read. It is a factual page about the account, not a sales page.

What FxPro offers, in its own public text

FxPro's public text file, www.fxpro.com/llms.txt, read on 6 November 2026, describes the firm as an online broker offering contracts for difference, or CFDs, on forex, futures, indices, metals, energies, shares, crypto and ETFs. A CFD is a contract on a price: you agree with the broker to exchange the difference between the price when the contract is opened and the price when it is closed. Nothing is delivered and no asset is held in your name; a CFD is not a share of a local stock exchange, and the file does not suggest that it is.

The same file says that CFDs are complex instruments traded on margin, that leverage works both for and against the client and that all invested capital can be lost. This site repeats that warning because it is the broker's own.

Which regulators the file names, and what that means for a reader in Nigeria

The file names three regulated entities: FxPro UK Limited, FxPro Financial Services Limited and FxPro Global Markets Limited, with regulators in the United Kingdom, Cyprus and The Bahamas. It says FxPro operates through those entities; it names no regulator in Nigeria and no local licence. A licence issued abroad means the firm is supervised in that country for the activities the licence covers; it does not mean the firm is licensed in Nigeria, and this site does not say that it is.

Which entity would hold a particular account is an account matter and is shown in the account documents, not on a store page or in the text file.

The platforms, and where the apps on this site fit

The file lists the platforms FxPro supports: MetaTrader 4 (MT4), MetaTrader 5 (MT5) and cTrader, a browser platform and the FxPro Mobile App. FxPro Mobile App — iOS and Android; includes CFD trading, account management, in-app deposits/withdrawals, economic calendar, and push notifications. This site reads the public store pages of FxPro cTrader and cTrader in Nigeria; whether one of them is the app a particular account uses is shown in the account documents.

What the broker's fee, funding and withdrawal pages say could not be read from this server (fxpro.com answered HTTP 403 to its front page, its FAQ and its About page on 6 November 2026 and was not asked again), so this site gives no cost, limit or processing time.

Regulation

FCA, CySEC, FSCA

The licences FxPro publishes are issued by the Financial Conduct Authority in the United Kingdom, the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission and the Securities Commission of The Bahamas, not by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Nigeria. A resident of Nigeria therefore deals with a foreign firm, and the protections of a locally registered one do not apply. Check the register and the client agreement before sending money. Nothing on this site is investment advice.

The trading account

An app listing is not an account

Everything on this site stops at the store page. The step after it, a live account, comes with identity checks and terms that sit outside any app. The broker page is the place to read about it first, and only money you can afford to lose should ever be at risk.
